@HistoPol it’s pretty obvious the buyout of Twitter was funded by the Vanguard Group (Saudi Arabia and Russia), to quash liberal organization and enable Trump to be POTUS, and the next step would be abolishment of elections, or, as I once posited on bird, the election being done via Twitter poll with only blue checks allowed to vote.
So Occam’s Razor would suggest that his purchase was just one more example of the pattern of behavior that he’s known for.
This comes across as a huge stretch, a tinfoil hat conspiracy theory, when the guy was probably simply doing exactly what he was saying, buying the platform mainly for the heck of it.
No need to overthink and reach for this sort of sensational drama… or clickbait.

This is what I thought at first, too.
However there has been too much circumstancial evidence this past year.
I've read many articles (and re-posted them) on the #BorgSite, before being blocked, than banned.
Besides, #Elmo even states openly what he believes in from time to time.
I just go back to the original title above saying that the purchase makes no sense unless it’s part of something bigger.
Given Musk’s track record, it makes sense to me without being part of something bigger.
So alright, maybe you do have circumstantial evidence to support the bigger, more complex theory, but at the same time we shouldn’t dismiss the simple explanation since it makes sense as well.

It seems this kind of planning would take a lot of planning. Highly intelligent and strategic thinking. Most of these guys come across as more brutal than blessed with high IQs or having good intuition. Who are the strategic leaders in this scenario?
