Chief Justice Ziegler explains that the majority opinion does not address various issues (Notably they each have their own section in the majority opinion).

And then it’s back to… this? This kind of mudslinging on specific justices sitting on the court is disgusting and beneath the honor of the court.

This stands out as a clear “SCOTUS please find this to be too far in usurping the state legislatures role and overturn it” language to me.

I just don’t think supreme court justices should be insulting their colleagues and other institutions like this in formal legal opinions.

It’s so inappropriate, imo. Everyone should respect some level of decorum when in an official public position. You represent the people, not yourself.

Let’s not be dramatic or anything, it’s just a checks opinion judicial coup and the dangerous threat to liberty ever faced by Wisconsinites. 🤣

As someone who has been denied equal representation under law in this state since I’ve been an adult, I find this hilarious.

Gerrymandering has been the single greatest threat to my liberty in my life.

So ends the Handmaiden of the Republican Party’s dissent. 😌
