nerfzeri,

cool keeb! ive been wanting a 40% and see how it fares. though i plan to use it with my ipad for remote work, so it has to have bluetooth functionality i guess?

Did you shine these keycaps with acetone or are they just well loved? 😅

I love how Susuwatari looks, but I have so many MT3 sets already that I haven't gotten it yet. I bought the MTNU Susu set, can't wait for that to come in later this year!

I think I didn't let them dry enough after cleaning it, they're normally not that shiny lol. I also missed a bunch of little specs of the wipes I used to clean it off, I should've given it another blast of canned air

I dig the look of MTNU, that's a cool profile I haven't seen before!

Lazar07,

Simple, but neat! Love it!

I absolutely love the Susuwatari set. The extra scooped F and J are great for homing.

ahhhhhhh a fellow MT3 Susuwatari user! My all time favorite keycap set. Just absolute love.

I'm glad I chose it! I also considered getting /dev/tty, but I decided to go with Susuwatari because my previous board already had a light color scheme. I love the profile, it feels so nice to type on

It really is just a pleasure. I have this and MT3 Godspeed, and once I got these, I really didn't have a need to look at any other sets!

40% is definitely my go-to, took a while to get used to but glad I made the switch!

I've heard that ortholinear keyboards are more ergonomic than traditional keyboards. Do you find this to be the case?

tyrellj,

Ugh, even if that were true, I need to stay somewhat near normal keyboards so I can use more than just my machine... or even laptops.

I think it is, with a 40% you only have to move your fingers at most one key in any direction, so I don't have to move my hands all that much. If you really wanna get ergonomic with your layers, you can put your number row and symbol layer on the home row so you can move even less. My keymap has a numpad on my numbers layer, which makes it really easy to type in my pin or input data into a spreadsheet
