@BobHorowitz My cosmetology mannequin had doodles on her face too. I used to walk home from school carrying her by her hair, then figured out the neighborhood kids would follow me, whispering about the scary lady who likes heads.
Add: you are spot on, identifying this. The mannequin head came from the San Francisco Institute of Cosmetology and Esthetics. Jim works there as thie IT manager... and I've done some shooting there.
