@agiletortoise there’s nothing you can do as they bought your app from Apple. And speaking as an EU company owner, you don’t really need VAT on your invoice as long as you can explain it as business expense. It sure makes things easier if you have a proper VAT invoice, but it’s not the end of the world if you don’t.
