BM_Visser, (edited ) Dutch Tomorrow, The Dutch will have 12 hours with a negative (day ahead) electricity price, and a couple of hours with a price equal to zero.
This is caused by a high production of wind energy in NW-Europe, combined with a relative low ('Sunday') power demand.Although to a lesser extend, neighbouring countries witness as well a significant number of hours with negative power prices.
I expect, this phenomenon will increase significantly in coming years. Agree?
