@ivory nope just regular. It worked all this morning fine and then when I opened it in the afternoon I got that error. A user commented to delete and re-install and that did fixed it.
@Ashley Interesting. Thanks for the details. Will have to look into this. It's possible it's something on Apple's side, but will have to keep an eye on other users reporting this.
@ivory@Ashley mine went right back to the page where it said I had to pay again so had no option but to delete unless I wanted to pay again before the subscription runs out in April
@lastwordonsport@Ashley There is a "restore purchases" button on the sub page that should have checked for an existing sub too. Did that not work? But still curious as to why it would revert to not seeing your subscription in the first place.
@lastwordonsport@Ashley When you both go to Ivory's settings and scroll to "Manage Subscription”, does the date under that title match your actual expiration date when you click on that section and go to the iOS Subscription view?
@lastwordonsport@Ashley that’s completely out of our control. It’s possible you subbed and canceled right after? That’s the safe way to have a year sub without forgetting to cancel before auto renewals.
@lastwordonsport no worries. We are keeping an eye on things, but Apple has been having weird App Store server issues for the past few days so maybe these are just temporary hiccups.
