@rodhilton I don’t think it is splitting hairs at all.
He did willfully take them. He took documents from his office when he left, but it was not intentionally done for criminal purposes or malice. They flat out said even if he wasn’t president there is not a crime in doing what he did.
What Trump did was 1000% different and I bet we find out there is more evidence as to why he took them when this thing goes to trial.
