@flexghost Hasn't helped me yet. If it does, I'll be the first to say so. Bidenomics certainly isn't helping anyone I know except the wealthiest. Just adding to inflation and putting us all in more debt as a nation, and we're responsible for it. But I am in favor of student loan forgiveness a most don't have a chance at paying it off.
Not that I like republicans, but this is absolutely not a win. When Biden insists on stealing our money, the people who had the good sense to pay our loans, to give it to the people who didnt, no thats not a win.
Institute free tax paid education moving forward, by all means, I'll support this. But I see this as yet another monumental failure of Biden.
The worst part his his failures, whether its supporting the Gaza genocide financially or this, it always costs us the money.
@flexghost A big part of this is making PSLF, public service loan forgiveness, actually work after years of intentional mismanagement by Betsy DuBose.
PSLF helps highly educated students choose public service careers, giving a benefit to help a strong public service workforce at the federal, state, and municipal levels, as well as for not for profit entities.
It really shouldn’t be. There’s a two page form that should submit annually to ensure your payment count is correct. Otherwise, it should be just hurry up and wait as things get processed. The PSLF subreddit is fantastic with lots of good information. Feel free to DM if I can help you out at all.
