@prefetcher @devious I'm probably boring about this, but I unironically think that fedi would be better if common software did tags like Tumblr, outside of the post. Mentions too, I think people are only mad about Soapbox doing this because it's :woozydev:

well, there are no hidden hashtags, you can use the C2S ActivityPub API for this
