@christianselig they’re $40 on eBay. Paired with a bigger battery pack in my backpack it’s great for travels. I charge my phone when it needs, and the pack in my backpack charging when not in need. Always have juice.
@wajdi That's not genuine unfortunately, it says “iPhone Battery Pack” on the back, which is a dead giveaway versus Apple's that says MagSafe Battery Pack, for instance

@christianselig The problem with these is (and has been for the most part), that they're only useful until you get the next iPhone because they made the camera bump a millimeter wider or just ever so slightly moved the buttons around.
@christianselig or Qi2 in general on the 12 mini. Enabling it seems like a mistake. The small form factor can’t deal with the heat. I have better charge results with my old MagSafe
@theotherlinh Theoretically at least Qi2 should be better in every way than Qi1, even for the mini iPhones, as the device could communicate the thermal state and slow down the charging rate better
@christianselig something clearly isn't happening for me, lol. I don't have other phones to test, unfortunately. Could also be the ESR devices not being happy. Which would be a shame.
