@tantramar Yeah, we celebrated that today… and probably again tomorrow. Today’s bonus round was the electrician crawling all over the house, sawing, drilling, stringing, to repair a problem that has to be done in stages. The next one involves a crane, flaggers, cones, supervisor, crew of 4. That will be sometime this week or next, or the one after. We’ll definitely celebrate because we won’t be blowing breakers when we run AC this summer.
