Listening to that exchange with Trump’s lawyer about the crimes a president should be able to commit with total immunity, and he says MURDER and COUPS could be “official acts” and warrant immunity even after leaving office, and I’m getting that stuck in a really bad timeline feeling again.

Seems obvious, but We the People need a mechanism to IMPEACH & REMOVE SCOTUS Justices who perjured themselves during confirmation, and/or are so intent on parsing 18th century language that all common sense is lost, AND those who represent the culture and values of absolutely no one who is not a fellow member of the Federalists and/or ultra right-wing traditionalist Catholics (more catholic than the Pope).
@Green_Footballs. Clearly the bar to do the right thing -- to protect #democracy, to protect all of us -- has disappeared. Given that seemingly indisputable fact, I would encourage some of the #Supremes to go back to their #Tocqueville and read the part about self-interest rightly understood.
