These buttons would be right in Germany. Our word for "floor", "Stock", means "something placed on top of something else", so the ground doesn't count as a floor.
So we have ground, first thing on top of that, second thing on top of that.
@uliwitness@lexfri Same thing here in Quebec, we use the French convention where RC (Rez-de-Chaussée) is the ground floor, and the floor on top of it is the first floor etc.
