Current progress picture.

Today, I did:

  • 14 minutes of running
  • 6 minutes of power walking
  • 11 push-ups
  • 2:45 minutes of planking
  • 45 sit-ups
  • 36 bicep curls of 35lbs barbell
  • 100 squats with 10lbs kettlebell
  • 36 reps of 95lbs bench press
  • 36 reps of 85lbs chest press
  • 20 minutes of cycling

It was a productive day!

@atomicpoet Wow, that’s a lot! :-) Very inspiring!

I am currently in such a chaotic period in my life that I only have time for a quick pilates/yoga session per day, sometimes not even once a day. And I mean like 10-20 min per day, so not nearly enough… :-(
