- 11 push-ups
- 2:45 minutes of planking
- 45 sit-ups
- 36 bicep curls of 35lbs barbell
- 100 squats with 10lbs kettlebell
- 36 reps of 95lbs bench press
- 36 reps of 85lbs chest press
- 20 minutes of cycling
It was a productive day!
