@kaia but seriously, i think this 'save your seed somewhere on a metal plate' advice is kind of cargo culty. it's not that hard to remember 12 words or to encrypt those 12 words with a password that's easy for you to remember and not have an unencrypted expensive looking thief magnet in your home (although there are many seed plates now that do encrypt with a password, so that's not too bad)
