Definitely have an infection causing fever and delusions. Literally when I close my eyes, I'm suddenly fletching arrows in some Japanese setting, and when I open them, I'm sweating all over my pillow feeling feverish (but not actually at fever temps yet).
My fever dreams when I was young used to be space-sci fi themed, so I'm familiar with this situation.
@anianimalsmoe I'm thinking of Gandalf telling the people of Minas Tirith to stop rebuilding the city walls: the enemy is upon them, now is the time to sharpen their swords.
