Today she's guarding the nest entrance with a few majors much bigger than her. It was very funny since they kept pushing her out of the way. They all like to sit in the tube entrance and just ... wait.
(I thought she made a great guard, but they made her leave)
Aw jeez Tulip has started this futile “digging project” in the corner and roped a bunch of minors in to help. Sometimes it’s like she knows there is a “world beyond” and can’t help looking for a way back— like a child who once saw Narnia who, as an adult, keeps climbing into cabinets … just in case.
@futurebird for most of my childhood, stories about someone who finds their way to another universe, and then must deal with both good and bad consequences, were my favorite kind of fiction.
She's probably like a person who was abducted by aliens and her sisters are just not buying her stories about "other worlds outside of the sky" and "a place with infinite sugar" or "giant monsters that paint dots on you while you are sleeping"
