Being chronically ill, & managing healthcare system and the changing rules (my company) on 401(k) withdrawals for hardship takes shred of energy I have left mid afternoon.
I’d be more peace / less anxious if insurers met their supplemental health obligations.
But seeing someone, easing them in on hardcore issues, hoping for meaningful therapy/guidance in dealing w/
Also, I wish that neighbor would stop whistling obnoxiously when trying to find sleep.
@Mrfunkedude 2/2 legit don’t know how folks w/o supplemental form employer make it the years required to get SSDI. Travesty.
Just want 10 fewer hours a week for the next few to 25 short term limit weeks. Like Job. Want to keep doing it. Just can’t make it through full day without using meds inappropriately which I won’t do. That would burn my whole life down, because stupid things are C2.
Were you therapist in prev life? A little similarity makes it easy to respond.
@_ I’m sorry that you’re struggling so much. I hope that you have or that you can create the opportunity to center yourself at least once a day. I know that it can be difficult, but just 10 minutes can give you that little extra oomph that you might need to get through your day.
Was I a therapist in a previous life? Nope. What you see before you is the culmination of a lifetimes worth of failures and my attempt to learn by them and pass on the warnings to others.
