As loud as your fucking voice will carry ask that person "WHY ARE YOU SCROLLING THROUGH PICTURES OF CHILDREN ON INSTAGRAM!?!?"

Generalized anxiety really, really sucks.

This overwhelming fear of impending doom, with no cause what-so-ever. The feeling that I'm in trouble for something, with someone, but of course I can't nail down what that is, or who that might be, because there is nothing.

Just sitting here with my stomach on its own, personal roller-coaster ride, trying to breathe my way through it and continue on with my day.

@deadtom I know the feeling. Are you on any medication for it or have you tried picking up any techniques to learn to manage it better?

@deadtom I learned to deal with it through meditation and mindfulness training. Basically every day I would imagine that my anxiety was a cloud, and that it would come to sit in a room with me. It taught me to look at it more objectively and be able to mitigate it's effects on me.

#today I'll be livestreaming around 2pm. Probably going to play a game and chat with people as they come in and out. I've gotten to know a few of you better this way, and it's nice.

I think I must have been clenching my jaw a lot while sleeping last night. It feels a little sore today. Gotta go easy on it. No crunchy food.

I forgot to make a levain last night again damn it.

The cats are looking at me like if I don't feed them then I'm on the menu next. I should feed them.
