@neilasaurus I heard he was negotiating with South Africa's government to allow him to travel to the summit, so I definitely see this as something forced on him, not something he's chosen to do.

@Loukas Why is Russia allowed to attend at all? Not arresting Putin is the bare minimum. They should have invited him and had him transferred right on the tarmac to INTERPOL.
