I want to live in the kind of world where great folks like @zachleat can sustain themselves independently with a full-time focus on #opensource projects like @eleventy!
Exciting moment for the #11ty community and open source in general 🎉
For our next #11ty meetup, we're changing things up with a talk about building your own 11ty-powered blog roll with Ben Myers (@ben). Then I will host our very first 11ty trivia quiz with a much sought-after prize.
I have just released version 3.0 of Eleventy Excellent, now fully on ESM and with many other changes, including my attempts to learn more about WebC and web components. Contributions very welcome! 💚
I want to pair with someone to try to understand how I can fix a few things on my site. Preferably with someone who knows more #11ty and #JS than I do. This might take an hour on a call. You don't have to turn video on.
In return, I'll curate a list of five recipes according to your food preferences. Or teach you something in photography or food!
I just published Issue 6 of the 11ty Bundle. We've now got over 500 posts from more than 200 authors...and more. Check it out. Oh, and we highlight the new book on Eleventy by @brob . #11ty#eleventy@eleventy
If you're developing with #11ty#eleventy, then it's really important that you fill out the Eleventy Community Survey. @zachleat is no longer full-time and he's looking to get input on where to focus his side project time for @eleventy. You can find info about the survey on the home page of the 11ty Bundle site. Please boost. https://11tybundle.dev/
If I was to create a site that's (essentially) a glorified list of links … what's the best way to structure the data (the title, url, date?, image, description)
Is WebC ready for production development? Join us to listen to two perspectives and use cases to help you and your team make that decision!
Whether your need an environment to test components, or you're unsure if how they stack up against web components, you won't want to miss our September meetup!
i’ve posted this one before but if you want VS Code autocompletion for all the cool things your #11ty config can do, you can add this JSDoc comment at the top.
I tried #11ty today for the first time and the experience was amazing. I really like how lean it feels and their default to standards over complex abstractions.
