Hawaii’s Observatory captured ominous signals about planet’s health

May was once again the annual peak for co2. (despite the odd June peak last year) July and August numbers will be interesting to watch, and see how they typical summer pullback compares with prior years.

Usual late May peak seems to be drifting later each year. Also noticeable slope up for this year , 2023.

The annual peak has been in June eight times, the last in 1979. It peak in April four times, last, you can see on the earlier graph, in 2016.
