These two Northern Albatross chicks will be fledging out to sea in a couple of weeks and not return to land for 4-5 years. Right now, they’re both learning how to maneuver into flight their 25-pound bodies and 6-foot-span wings. They’re both 7 months old and nest in New Zealand, fed daily by both parents.
