Miss Inga is relaxing after another harrowing trip to the vet for a suspected UTI. The good news was that the thyroid medication is working, she’s gained half a pound, doesn’t appear to have kidney disease and can probably get radioactive iodine treatment in April. She is, as always, the queen of the vale and also the couch.

Went in for some apex-predator razor-claw footage. Ended up getting extra feet, some biscuits, and an adorable smooshy face. Very generous extras from Her Highness. ❤️

A video of a grey cat laying on a yellow and green striped blanket. It’s starts zoomed in on a front foot, when a back foot unexpectedly enters into view. Camera then pans up to reveal the head and face of the grey cat, eyes mostly closed, looking adorable.

Three positive things for today:
02/09/2024

  1. Another sunny day. The Columbia Basin may be out of the seasonal foggy/overcast weather and heading back to sunny times.
  2. Got my hair cut. It needed it!
    3a. YoutTube - presentation a in Chile.
    3b. YoutTube - Another update from Shawn Willsey on the volcano.

Bonus.
4a. Today's exercise: 34 minute/1.9 mile brisk walk
4b. Exercise goal of 5 days per week exceeded. This was the 6th day exercising.

Yeah, it was a good day.
