Breakfast stack — a biscuit, Calabrian chili crunch mayo, tomato, avocado, bacon, and eggs.
Dairy- and gluten-free, but I’m not missing it in this. Pretty dang tasty.
The biscuits are actually made with a GF mix by a PEI company called Duinkerken, and I really like them!
I’m not usually a box-mix person, but with gluten-free, it’s a whole other ball game and I have a lot to learn. So, for now, whatever keeps me successful is a win. #cooking#gf#df
I’m going mostly gluten and dairy free. My aunt gave me some products for Christmas and I have to big a big thumbs up to Cloud Nine gluten-free waffle mix.
I am making it for one, so I’m just doing 75gr each of the mix and cashew milk, to make it dairy-free, plus egg and a tablespoon of oil, and it’s the perfect light & crispy waffle.
