Considering #quitting much more strongly than ever before. Friday’s events broke a lot of my trust in my colleagues. I do not like feeling like I’m expected to be a mind reader, nor do I like people assuming I was not taking a problem seriously, and I also don’t like that someone decided to start implementing a solution that would involve my team without telling me. The first is also a massive trigger for me, and all of it is bad form.
I'm going to post about some of those past work experiences & how they impacted me, as a POC media woman & how they led to me eventually #quitting that line of work.
