collage drawing of my faves right now (music stuff not included!!)
this is also supposedly a cover design for a future diy notebook idea I had in mind... well, if ever future me decides to work on it, idk LOL
I also tried another different artstyle; was going for a softer, handdrawn, scribble-like aesthetic or something? I don't know what this exact aesthetic is called, but I see it everywhere on notebook covers that have a soft girl aesthetic. ???
I was going through a phase today and really am starting to like grittier, darker-looking artstyles. I dont even know atp idk what else to do 😭💀
it's also another practice on adding details and taking things slow with drawing, alongside further developing a sense of fashion and style 🤪
Hoping to say this session was worth the effort, strife and shyness due to sheer fangirling.
Photo album + art journal of madness updated today!!! Finallyy!!
I'm so not taking PicsArt and Photoshop for granted anymore. If collages and edits are hard already on editing apps, doing it in real life with actual materials TO BE BOUGHT, repurposed or recycled is a lot harder. 😭😭😭😭😭
redid a mashup that literally was less than a month ago 🤪🤪🤪
songs used:
IVE - My Satisfaction
Avenged Sevenfold - Nightmare (demo version)
too addicted to these two songs 😂 and decided to add a bit more spice and cool stuff to the instrumental :))
What if IVE had a spoopy concept??? and yes I know it ain't even close to spoopy month yet; I just really love horror concepts for some reason LOL
(Yay! Another IVE edit!)
spent a few hours on this one, and it was such a huge challenge finding the right photos and filters- especially that my wifi is already pretty bad! XD
update: made the edit look brighter because a lot of the details wouldnt show up on other screens :((
A 'serious' drawing after a month or two of a drawing break. Idk.
Tried drawing this concept a couple times before but it wasn't until now that I feel somewhat satisfied with it. Any thoughts? Lemme know- and guess what childhood show this may be, haha! (this drawing is my headcanon of it, dont judge!! 😭😭)
Another reminder for people to please, PLEASE consider downloading your favorite videos before they randomly disappear or get taken down for some reason.
My fave originally composed songs with AI-assisted vocals on YouTube (the BLACKPINK ones) got deleted. It's a shame since the creator must've just done those for fun, and they dont seem to make any profit from it, and THEY'RE NOT EVEN THAT POPULAR which makes it even worse. so yeah, imagine yourself being a smol content creator/musician/artist or whatever then your made-for-fun thing gets taken down because some company got mad and nOoo lEss pRofiTs or smth and dont let their fans get to appreciate their faves in another manner lol
In general, please back up your favorite videos. Save them if you can. Because no one knows how longer they'll stay there. 😭😭😭 archiving is no joke, people! Even the silly ones bahahahah
might delay the fanmade album I planned to make since last month because I'm on my loona break phase... even if I do have a few cheats and listen to them sometimes- it's just not the same 😔 the wonyounging powers are too strong
Heads up:
I may or may not (leaning to may not territory) continue to work on making comics. After a whole month of rest, I can conclude that I may no longer partake in comic production. So far, with the five-month production of comics last year with only me and my two cousins, I figured it may not be my field...
Five months of that-- one month each with lengthy comics, and with all that effort and strength to barely even scratch the surface of the story. Yes, those five months alone, and I haven't even started with the actual plot. I had so much planned for the story, but with the time I had and very little resources/manpower, I wasn't able to showcase the entire plot in the time and effort I wanted.
And even if I did work on the comics, they might not be as good as they were supposed to be. Plus the fact that it's forever tied to someone I am no longer friends with (behind-the-scenes drama during comic production), I pretty much have no more reason to continue doing it.
Very sorry to those who looked forward to the series (even me included). But it's not the end of the world right? Still got a lot more in life planned like writing stories in book form or music, and at least that ain't too much of a pain compared to drawing endless panels for a whole month.
To summarize, comic production isn't for me. But I have a better understanding and appreciation for them now, is all I could say.
I'm using Picsart a lot more often now for some upcoming edits and goodness gracious, it's super helpful for post-editing effects like filters or color corrections!!
but actually editing the whole thing there??? Not my thing.. I miss the endless layering of drawings and objects and apparently once I tried doing it on Picsart... I couldn't change the placement of the stuff! Nooooo!
