3/18/24 — Open 6-9p Mask recommended. No open drinks please.
If you're still trying to piece together the puzzle of your St. Patrick debauchery, you might skip this post. If you like Sudoku puzzles, this one's for you! 16 unmarked number puzzle mags! These are all about 10 years old, so, even if you do these all the time, you've probably forgotten this batch by now.
One of my favorite new-to-me #sudoku techniques is called “the impossible rectangle”.
Since each puzzle has only a single correct answer, if you see four cells that form a rectangular shape with each other, and each cell has almost but not quite the same pairs in it, you know that one of the four cells must be something other than that pair - otherwise the puzzle would have more than one answer.
October was an awful month for me, and November as always really sucks. Sun set at 4 pm today and it will only get darker + next week we expect severe frost.
But …
It is now only more or less 1 month until the winter solstice, Dec 22 at 4.27 am (UTC+1), and today my garden was prepared for winter.
This is what it looked like this morning … #saraswinter23/24
Very tidy. Also up front
Remains tulip bulbs for me & return to painting in my kitchen without bad conscience
Of course the person accomplishing all this had a just as severe cold as last time he was here (sent him off with Coldzyme & my last copy of @Skolinkvisition ’s book, now on its way to the staffroom in a sec school in Borås of all places)
I’m still shivering … I think I’ll spend some time in bed, planning for dinner (fish perhaps?) & solving #sudoku
A new version of #Sudoku#Pi was just accepted to the #iOS App Store 🎉
It fixes an issue that prevented music apps from playing in the background and contains minor bugfixes. It was also upgraded to use the latest #Bevy 0.12.
