Many people think yoga is easy, but once they try it they realize how challenging it is. Yoga is not only exercising the body but also the mind and that is where the real challenge comes in.

Something I've really enjoyed is sharing what I love, that's how I started sharing my yoga practices (although I'm still working on certifying myself as a yogi) but it's definitely something I don't want to let go of.
