We slipped up technically late last night and accidentally emailed quite a few customers incorrect messages relating to their Direct Debits. Bad. Apologies to all affected.

However, one silver lining is that I've had brief but extremely pleasant conversations with about a dozen of our lovely customers this morning. A common topic was "I never normally need to speak to A&A but it's nice to know I can when I do!"

EVERYONE involved must get the parallel in the naming, right? It can't possibly be accidental. Nobody remotely interested in politics or history can not get it and must understand what it's saying.
