What if instead of just dynamic or strict typing, we also had a concept called preferred typing? Basically, you define a variable with a type, but flag it so it can still accept other types, but if given a value that can be converted to the preferred type, it will automatically convert it.

I think if I wrote my own language, I'd define variables like this:

int i; //Strictly integer  
pref int j; //Preferred integer, auto-converts when able  
var k; //Dynamically typed, holds anything

Why is it that in Santa Claus movies, non-believing parents never ask where the presents come from? In fact, why not go bigger? Why aren't toy/game companies off the walls about someone giving away millions in gifts each year that they never see a penny of?

Thinking about a battle mode. I was afraid Tux/Penny might be underpowered, but then I figured mixing flight and fire/ice could make them good snipers, and rolling with earth would make them really good at melee.

@mr_MADAFAKA Are they using a single plate for the D pad like those awful modern track pads, or are those super tiny buttons? Either way, those controls look like garbage. Absolutely would not buy.
