Looking at the names of the kids at my kidā€™s school, I think thereā€™s a good chance a majority of them would never get profiled due to names that arenā€™t identifiable as Asian, European, African, American, or otherwise and donā€™t match their outward appearance šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚

Instagram and Threads Chief Adam Mosseri posted on Threads to clarify what people perceive to be suppression of news on the platform.

I donā€™t believe the IG team and especially leadership are sneaky or malicious in any way but itā€™s difficult to see this statement and take it at face value.

@flargh I donā€™t understand how Congress decides one way or another because I thought the basic point was whether consumers will be harmed by a merger especially that of two dominant companies. Iā€™m sure there was strong opposition to this back then but they must have ignored it.

On the other hand, the companies and their execs probably werenā€™t the only ones benefitting, if you know what I mean.
