Just wanted to double check, but if you had a monthly or yearly subscription in Apollo and you cancelled it prior to yesterday, did you still properly get the option to decline the refund?

(As an example, if you subscribed in February, and cancelled in June, that would tell it to not renew the subscription, but you'd still have your content until the following February, want to make sure my code covered that properly. It should!)

  • If so, can you go to Settings tab > About > Logs and mention this issue in the email?
  • Do you have any software on your router that blocks things like PiHole?
