The mother of a Russian soldier killed in the war in Ukraine spent the bereavement payments on the purchase of an apartment, but there was not enough to repair the old house in the village, so she sent her second son to the war, too.

Zhanna Polupanova is the mother of the terminated occupier. She has already received all the payments for her dead son: she bought herself a brand new apartment for the bereavement payments. Now, she also wants her country house repaired.

    A person with two functioning brain cells would realize they are pointing their guns the wrong direction. They are still walking and talking, so if they have traumatic brain injuries or the likes, they have enough going for them to know how the sausage is getting made. Still, they sit in the hole and make videos thinking somebody on their end will help them, like the tens of thousands that came before them. Some psychologist could crank out some papers on that lot.

    A halo Coronal Mass Ejection CME, associated with an X1.1 flare at the Sun, was detected earlier today. A halo CME is one headed for earth.

    The CME is expected to arrive at Earth late on 24 Mar through 25 Mar. Periods of G2 (Moderate) storming are likely on 24 Mar and periods of G3 (Strong) storming are likely on 25 Mar.
    Keep an eye for strong Auroras Sunday night.

    During the evening, multiple powerful missiles struck the Sevastopol city center in occupied Crimea, and at least one missile was intercepted. Judging from the videos shared on social media, this looks to me like multiple succesful Storm Shadow hits.

    There are claims, a communications center of The Black Sea Fleet was hit. We will know more at daylight.

    When the HIMARS were first sent to Ukraine, there was an amazing russian named Calendar Man who was always at the scene the next day with the best damage assessments you could ask for. He hasn't been seen in a while, and he is sorely missed.
