@blinry Just thank you for all the pictures, it's really awesome! I can't imagine to see a 8TB NVMe in a museum 50 years later and people will think "how could they even to productive work with it?"

@slowtiger @DerSchulze @fedibikes_de Erzähl mal, ich bin gespannt! War das wirklich in Essen? Ich glaube besonders der erste (und beste) Film spricht den Norddeutschen Humor und Erinnerungen an die Lehrjahre an. Mein Vater, Jahrgang 47, erkennt in Röhrich definitiv seinen Chef wieder.

@slowtiger @DerSchulze @fedibikes_de Der Film hat eine schöne Geschichte erzählt. Vermutlich spricht er nur eine gewisse Zielgruppe an, aber das sehr erfolgreich.

@DerSchulze @fedibikes_de Warum ich den ersten Werner Film besonders gut finde, liegt vermutlich an meinem Vater.

Er holt, wenn er in seiner Garage steht und Sachen repariert, auch mal eine halbe Zigarre aus seiner Jackentasche und raucht die dann weiter.

Außerdem bin ich plattdeutsch aufgewachsen und habe meinen Vater mal mit einer Rohrzange und einem zölligen Rohr eine Heizung demontieren gesehen, daher ist der Film quasi eine Realdokumentation für mich.

@DerSchulze @fedibikes_de Ich weiß nicht wann ich den Film zum ersten mal gesehen habe, vermutlich 1990 oder 1991, als wir den aus der Videothek ausgeliehen haben.

Aber morgen, Sonntagabend, werde ich den (noch einmal) mit meiner Frau schauen und da muss sie dann leider durch!

We have been in Sønderburg today, nice weather but a bit windy. It was a simple but nice walk, really enjoyable.

#PiHole serves me really great for blocking DNS queries related to advertisement, tracking and unwanted or malicious hosts.

If I use the internet alone the block rate is about 0,1% because I only use #FOSS software, #uBlock and #PrivacyBadger.

But if someone else with a "normal" phone is using the internet, too, PiHole has to block 8,1% of all queries!

I am still responsible for most of the traffic so just image the percentage if all clients were normal non-FOSS tracking devices!

I am running and for many years now. I am happy with the software but the servers got old.

Now I am preparing a migration to a based setup using this guide and example: https://github.com/pschiffe/docker-pdns

Just some minor changes are needed and it works like a charm, perfect!

Another good reason for a web:

Most famous "western" websites and services are blocked here in . Of course you can use a VPN or something similar to access them but I am glad to be able to use my server and my instance without VPN.

I even can watch movies stored at home using .

The government of course could block access to my IP at home to but I think they don't care, Instagram seems to be a more important enemy.
