Just got back from another 5km run. Forced myself to run the entire first kilometer today and made it in 6'48". Didn't manage to make the remaining 4km in under 8' each then though.

I will gladly reiterate that the reactions to running posts are great!
I love that running is a sport where you are in competition against yourself and my interactions here reflect that.
#wellnessDay at work means a long run for me! I went to the "P'tit train du nord" track to be more in nature. It was really nice!! Also, I didn't think it would be, but it's apparently my 3rd longest run!!

What helped us tremendously was to buy a few recipe books. We've always been a plan-every-meal family, but the books gave us 2 things: fantastic new recipes and guidelines to what constitutes keto meals.
It gave us a confidence that we were on a good path.
Also, give yourself a timeframe for trying it out, for example a month. After that period, take a look back and see what changed: energy, digestion, mental health, yes weight, any chronic illness, etc.
