I have an AGPL3 question: when I've used MIT, I always put the copyright notice directly in the LICENSE file, instead of putting a license blurb at the top of each file (as per AGPL's recommendation).

Is there a catch-all place where I could place the copyright notice in a new AGPL3 project, so I don't have to put a notice in each file?

Hear me out: A ride-sharing platform, but the company owns all the cars and pays the drivers a union-negotiated salary. And instead of only working via app, people could have the additional option of using augmented reality gesture controls to indicate they are in need of a driver.

I don't think I'd be good at podcasting or streaming. I'd think of what to say, say it in my head, and then self-edit by deciding it's not worth saying out loud.

Bouts of silence peppered with an occasional statement that barely peaks at average quality. Maybe the occasional bon mot, as a treat.

So I stick to writing, where editing is baked into the process. Where I can fine-tune as I please. And where overly-self-conscious-imposed silence goes largely unnoticed, if not greatly appreciated.
