Nirvana have paid tribute to Steve Albini by sharing the four-page letter he sent the band before agreeing to record their beloved final studio album, In Utero. Albini passed away at the age of 61.

Follow up: Rented speakers from local AV shop. Told the venue to take back their sound bar.

Then a few minutes ago, I walked by an open door near the banquet room - full of gear. Speakers, wireless mics, mixers. Exactly what I was told they had in planning emails. I’d say the employee helping us set up didn’t know that existed, except the sound bar was sitting right there.

I’m so annoyed. All worked out fine in the end but the frustration and running around to make it happen was a pain!

How do the comm badges on #Discovery know where to transport their wearer to? Is the computer reading their minds, or do they tap it differently for various presets?

I just paid for a coffee using Apple Pay. Noticed afterwards that this alert popped up in Apple Wallet for the café’s rewards program.

Does anyone know how this works? I’ve never seen anything recommend a wallet integration like this.
