So, I did it again: ran two 1km laps in local park without breaks!

(20m elevation gain/loss per lap, less then 7 min/km)

From on now this should be my new standard

I was not spent at the end, and probably could do more. But the weather was sad: heavy sleet with high humidity

Sooo, today I ran two 1km laps in local park non stop, without switching to walking! (6-7 min/km, with ~20m of elevation gain/loss per lap)

That's not much, but for me it's a huge improvement - my best result before was just about 500m on the uphill part of the lap

I'm now way more optimistic about 2024 alpinism season! (still so much training to do)
