Had a photoshoot last Tuesday, where young store staff were on hand to assist my team in case we needed something. They were so impressed at the quality of the photos our photographer took. I found it odd at first, until I realized that the staff are most likely unfamiliar with professionally done photoshoots--with huge studio lights, diffusers, etc. Such setup was the norm back when magazines were still en vogue here. These days, it's just mobile phone photography/videography.

I will never get used to the NATO alphabet. As in, I panic every time I have to spell out something, and the person on the other line is expecting me to say, "Charlie, Alfa, Bravo..." I usually just spit out random words like "umbrella,' "banana," "Nancy," "igloo." 😩
