Paul hat mir heute erst erzählt, dass meine liebste keynote der ganzen Jahre über dich zustande kam (die von Fiona Coath). Danke! Ich kann mich erinnern, Paul damals gefragt zu haben, ob er nicht was zum Thema Data/recommender und Impact on society auf die Bühne stellen kann. Ich kann mich auch erinnern, dass ich den Vortrag auf die erste Minute super gut fand. Es hat bis jetzt gedauert, dass ich erfahren habe, über den der Kontakt zustande kam.

    @thomasfricke @isotopp @sovtechfund Ist eigentlich bekannt, ob irgendjemand mit dem ursprünglichen xz maintainer im Austausch steht?

    Wenn da jemand schon vor Monaten alleine stand und unter Druck gesetzt wurde, möchte ich mir lieber nicht vorstellen, wie es diesem Menschen ob der Nachrichten der letzten Stunden jetzt geht.

    If you run debian testing, unstable or some other more "bleeding edge" distribution, I strongly recommend upgrading ASAP.

    Does anyone in my English speaking bubble have convincing examples what to use ordered trees for - and for best to explain them? @sylvia - a lovely music/math/computer science teacher that ages ago was one of the children I went to school with - is looking for ways to introduce the concept to her students.

    @levampyre some of the apps for kids aren't that bad actually.

    Also, quality time with device playing a game together can be fun as well - dangerous though, as that means your child will know, that in contrast to nanny other patterns you know how to play digital games and ask for that ;)
