Sasayaku You ni Koi wo Utau Production Problems (Full Text)

While not posted here on the Fediverse, a user on the :deadbird: site has gotten in contact with a user to leak the problems the staff are working with while producing the anime. (Note: Some spelling corrections, source from Patstar_1999, OCR in text form) I may write a follow up editorial post on this over on my main blog at a future date.

@chikorita157 “Did you know what scummy business Yokohama and Cloudhearts are during with the Sasakoi? They use outsourcing studios”????? anime fans need to stop thinking that outsourcing is not normal. Gosh even beloved KyoAni started as an outsourcing studio! I’m not saying that there’s nothing wrong with the production of that show, but a rant by someone that doesn’t seem to understand the production process doesn’t help

I've used for my day-to-day work for a good 35yrs. I've had a couple of brief clusters of years where I had to use a Windows at work (but still had MacOS at home).

I've installed on many old machines to extend their lives a bit, sorting through distros, finding one that would work on limited resources with good results. Fun stuff.

But I'm curious to ask a QUESTION about new computer purchases…

@ottaross I know the answer is yes because I saw someone listing brand new notebooks here with pre installed Linux distros. But I can’t find the post now 😔

Jellyfish was so great last weekend… doing an episode centered in Kano and her relationship with her mother but based only on her emotional reactions to Miiko and her daughter was a great narrative choice
