    @neil I don't understand: how are ISPs supposed to know which customers "receive one of a range of government benefits"? Wouldn't it be far easier for Ofcom to ask the agencies responsible for said benefits to forward their beneficiaries some promotional material by Ofcom itself?

    Would it kill us to have an org chart (or at least an up to date "who looks after what") 😭🥴

    @cwebber @theresnotime @Greg Excellent, now we only need an emacs MediaWiki extension to integrate all of that into a wiki page. Should be a walk in the park!

    Join me tonight for "A portrait of the as a puzzle" at , .

    We'll play with a now banned in Italy (and the world?!) due to a court order in Venice against the Leonardo work.

    First person stopped by, she was going to an improv course here at Kalliola. She asked whether we're sleeping here tonight, like the friends of https://climatemove.fi/howtoresist/ did (they gave me the idea). It was hard to explain the court order!

    Current status: border almost completed. X_X

    I would not have managed as much without the help of my good friend M. who has sharp eyes...

    More concerned citizens stopped by, mostly to check we weren't freezing.

    Exhibition dismantled now. Someone else has the space for the next week, I'm curious to see what for.

    The puzzle solving may or may not continue this Sunday at Vapaakaupungin olohuone in Kalasatama thanks to https://circoloitaliano.fi/giochi-da-tavolo-per-tutte-le-eta/ .

    @je5perl @kik1 @joris Right. Mastodon already does that on the /about page (for MAU) and in the API page (for 6 months), which is not too far from "a publicly available section of their online interface, information on the average monthly active recipients of the service in the Union, calculated as an average over the period of the past six months".

    If the delegated acts exist and are too strict, it can spell trouble. Otherwise you can claim you did your best until 24(3) or 24(4) kick in, no? 😬

    nemobis,
    @nemobis@mamot.fr avatar

    @je5perl @kik1 @joris Also, does anything in the DSA stop people from just writing, in that section, a "figure" like "between 10k and 1M" or "1M ± 900k"? As long as you leave some paper trail that you checked this ballpark number every six months (e.g. as part of your normal web analytics or load planning considerations)...
