We know it's shit. The reason it has fucked up is almost always obvious and easily replicable. It's just badly written software. Pretending it's Skynet isn't helpful.

Hedgehog poo right in the middle of the patio this morning. The neighbours' cats were initially blamed, but Philippa thought to give it a sniff, and then Googled the possibilities, so it's good news! Time to make them a little house…
