Today is Indigenous People’s Day in the U.S. I highly recommend the series Reservation Dogs.

It’s the first series to feature all indigenous writers and directors, along with an almost entirely indigenous North American cast and production team.

Everything about it is outstanding. The writing, the characters, the acting…everything.

2-hour long video of little ant explaining (in a tiny little ant voice) the advantages and disadvantages of different soil types when building tunnels in your nest.

"Ok. Everyone likes clay, but there are many kinds of clay. Some clay will attract mosses and little springtails which you can eat sometimes, but other clay gives better traction when it's raining. It can be hard to decide what's best for your nest!"

TV/Web-series concept:

A reality show about teens with problems that feel huge to them: being unpopular, being too gay, being fat, thinking they are facing looks-ism, dealing with racism etc.

Show would be filmed then shelved for 8 years. Return to the same people, now young adults, see how they are doing. (They could at this point choose not to have the teen footage released. IMO this is the ONLY ethical way to do a teen reality show)

Each segment ends with a "letter to a younger me"
