when people ask me about my music taste i find it very hard to explain that about half of it is me getting incredibly fixated on a single song or album, then listen to that on repeat from days to months before i drop it like a hot potato, unable to fathom how i ever found it even remotely appealing

the other half is, i kid you not, all the random music that was on my brother's old mp3 player he gifted me at like 13

Anyone else have a lifetime of people telling you that you need to walk faster/stop lagging behind?

Idk if this is ND specific even, but I had to remind myself that I can just walk normally when on my own. Apparently walking pace is a mask for me. 🤷🏽

@arcadetoken funnily, my natural walking speed is 10-20% faster than everybody else, and there's few things more frustrating than being trapped in a slow crowd i can't escape from

btw i just found out i think so much visually/through symbols that i struggle describing with words, i never thought about it until recently, i kept struggling to describe pictures so i could help others with identification... however i never understood why... that explains a lot of my struggles in academic environments (and why i learned only through practice or some recorded tutorial video)

is it an issue? i have no clue.

@scrappedbadnik i would say that i think pretty visually, but also find it hard to then put the things into words
(one of the reasons i started drawing, but then i never got good enough at that to satisfy my imagination)

The Wizard's full name is Oscar Zoroaster Phadrig Isaac Norman Henkle Emmanuuel Ambroise Diggs. Since Oz Pinhead was a bad name, Oscar started calling himself just Oz and performed as a Wizard at the circus (p. 192)

On a side note of snark, I'd love it if Dorothy who seems to be hung up on names would start calling him Oscar or Mr. Diggs. She never does but she should given how she insists on renaming Bill.

Fun fact you can just delete your account. Nobody is stopping you. I deleted mine years ago and proceeded to land my best job ever without using linkedin at all. Its incredibly unnecessary and just exists to harvest your data.
