I really really wanted to like European Sleeper, and even gave them some money. But having travelled with them 4 times now, and had major issues on 3 of them makes it really hard to like. And what's with stop announcements on a sleeper train anyway?

@janl once the heating wasn't working, was given the option of not travelling or travelling without heating with only 2 hours notice (in November). Twice downgraded from private sleeper to 6 person couchette style (no other people though). Usually no working power socket.
