    @jdu @enno Nein, die Reverse Image Search hat mich als erstes auf die englische Wikipedia geführt, und dort stand diese Info. Warum sollte ich solche Fakten witzig finden?

    Die deutsche Wikipedia sagt übrigens das gleiche:

    @jdu Lies den Toot von @enno (und vielen anderen) noch mal. Dort wird behauptet ein PDF-1.7 darf maximal so groß sein, nicht dass das eine Beschränkung von Adobe Acrobat ist während das Format keine Beschränkung hat.

    Das ist die Korrektur die ich anbringen möchte.

    A simple explaination would be that for some reason more left handed people were born. The correct one is that with the removal of the stigma more people admitted they were left handed.

    Ich verstehe ja zum Teil das "hier sind die Leute die ich kenne Argument", aber irgendwie frage ich mich doch immer wieder, wenn Leute sich darüber ärgern wie wir mit chaos.social umgehen, was der eigentliche Grund ist, dass sie dann noch hier sind. Irgendwas muss es ja sein 🤷‍♀️

    Ist es: Weil sie sich cool finden hier einen Account zu haben? Faulheit? Weil die Instanz so stabil ist? Am Ende doch auch die gute Moderation und dadurch ein gutes Klima?

    Fragen über Fragen.

    Kennt hier jemand "freeplane" und weiß ob man da parallel - also ob mehr als eine userin - gleichzeitig darin / damit arbeiten können?

    Bzw. ich hab nicht soviel Auswahl hier an Software - und eigentlich will ich sowas wie kanban ^^

    Heads-up to chaos.social users: This week, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) are releasing their new app, Threads, which reportedly will be Fediverse-compatible.

    There are a lot calls to block (or not block) them. We are both too busy this week to make a truly considered decision – sorry for that. Please give us a couple of days: We will sit down and make a call during or just after the weekend.

    We'll post here once we've made a decision.

    Jetzt funktioniert nicht mal mehr Nitter, das ich genutzt habe, um dem Twitter-Account der Stadt Karlsruhe per RSS-Feed zu folgen. Und auch via Browser kommt man jetzt gar nicht mehr auf Profile oder Postings. Die Plattform ist nun vollständig in sich geschlossen. Selbst das Lesen funktioniert nun nur noch mit Twitter-Account.
